The Agilent BioTek BioSpa live cell analysis system offers unique benefits for a wide variety of live cell imaging applications. The Agilent BioTek live cell analysis system can capture detailed cellular images and get in-depth, cell-level analyses for migration and wound healing assays, 3D spheroid formation, and many other kinetic applications in up to 8 microplates. Built-in scheduling, environmental monitoring, and available liquid handling allows multiple users to run processes simultaneously without disrupting others.

Features

Five imaging modes within a single, flexible, compact system. Automate workflows with a variety of imaging modes that enable a full range of microscopy applications in microplates, cell culture dishes, flasks, and other labware.
Broad magnification range allows for detailed image capturing, from whole well montages to intracellular detail at 1.25x to 60x. The automated, 6-position turret makes it simple to capture multiple magnifications in a single workflow.
Environmental controls in BioSpa integrate temperature and CO₂/O₂ control and monitoring, plus humidity monitoring. Stable conditions keep cells healthy, aid in proliferation, and protect cells.
Automated 6-objective turret provides efficient viewing of a variety of samples at a wide range of magnifications. Capture images automatically at one or more magnifications, within a single experiment.

With the Agilent BioTek Cytation cell imaging multimode reader integrated, a laser autofocus method delivers increased reproducibility and speed, while decreasing phototoxicity and photobleaching.
