Agilent AccuWound 96 Scratch Tool

Agilent AccuWound 96 can perform 96 identical scratches for wound healing assays. Reproducible scratches deliver consistency in results for predictive modeling. Use in conjunction with xCELLigence instruments to obtain thousands of wound healing assay timepoints and derive cell movement kinetics. RTCA provides a quantitative readout of cell number, proliferation rate, cell size/shape, and cell-substrate attachment quality to provide a wide view on cell health and behavior.

Easy data acquisition and kinetic analysis once scratch wounds have been generated. The xCELLigence instrument monitors cell migration/wound healing in real-time providing a true kinetic analysis and eliminating guesswork for endpoint data.
