Agilent AccuWound 96 can perform 96 identical scratches for wound healing assays. Reproducible scratches deliver consistency in results for predictive modeling. Use in conjunction with xCELLigence instruments to obtain thousands of wound healing assay timepoints and derive cell movement kinetics. RTCA provides a quantitative readout of cell number, proliferation rate, cell size/shape, and cell-substrate attachment quality to provide a wide view on cell health and behavior.

The Agilent BioTek AutoScratch wound making tool automatically creates reproducible scratch wounds in cell monolayers grown in 24- or 96-well microplates for cell migration and invasion studies. This wound making tool automates the sample prep for imaging using Agilent BioTek Cytation cell imaging multimode readers and Lionheart automated microscopes. The Scratch Assay App automates image collection and analysis of wound width, wound confluence and maximum wound healing rate.
